MAAM partnered with Langdon Park Capital on the thoughtful redesign and renovation of this affordable multi-family housing complex in Baldwin Hills. The project reimagines the existing residential property with a fresh, contemporary identity while honoring the importance of accessible housing within the community.
Through strategic exterior upgrades and carefully considered design interventions, the complex was given renewed energy and a stronger sense of place. MAAM collaborated with a graphic artist to introduce bold geometric patterns throughout the outdoor walkways and shared circulation spaces, transforming previously overlooked areas into vibrant moments of connection and character. Bright colors, layered textures, and playful compositions breathe new life into the property, creating an uplifting environment for residents while reinforcing a sense of pride and community.
