After losing their Altadena home in the 2025 fire, the clients reimagined rebuilding as an opportunity for resilience. Designed around Passive House principles, the new home emphasizes durability, energy efficiency, and healthy indoor air.
Developed through close collaboration, the project integrates a high-performance envelope and advanced ventilation to protect against fire-related risks while ensuring comfort. The result is a resilient, forward-looking family home that transforms loss into a hopeful new beginning.
