POUR YOU COFFEE

Originally a former dance studio tucked within a neighborhood strip mall, Pour You Coffee was reimagined as a warm, community-driven café rooted in intention, hospitality, and thoughtful design. From the beginning, the project was less about simply creating a coffee shop and more about building an experience - one where every detail feels considered and every line serves a purpose.
Working closely with owner Keith Waggoner, MAAM approached the project as a collaborative exercise in trust. The client arrived with a clear vision for a welcoming neighborhood gathering space, and through an ongoing dialogue between client, architect, and designer, that vision slowly took physical form. The existing shell was carefully transformed into a modern yet approachable environment layered with warmth, texture, and subtle moments of discovery.
